The pattern includes written instructions and a photo tutorial for assembling the charts. Additionally, there are links to YouTube videos if you are not yet familiar with double knitting.
The scarf uses an invisible cast-on, invisible bind-off, and slipped edges.
I’ve made a few variations in case you want Bibble next to the mermaid to match the movie. There’s also a variation with Dizzle. Finally, there’s a variation without either of them.
Gauge: 29 stitches and 41 rows = 10cm/4 inches (knitted flat) or 58 stitches and 41 rows= 10cm/4 inches
Without mohair: 32 stitches and 44 rows = 10cm/4 inches (knitted flat) or 64 stitches and 44 rows= 10cm/4 inches (double knitting)
You will need: Fingering weight Yarn (2,5 – 3,5mm/ US 1 ½ - 4 Needle) around 580m/634yards per yarn.

2 skeins fingering Weight Yarn (Zauberwiese) in color Lilac (custom color), 400m/100g (438 yards/ 15 oz), (75% Wool 25% Polyamide) Gifted
2 skeins Silky Mohair lace Weight Yarn (Martinslab) in color Lilac, 420m/ 50g (459 yards), (64% Mohair, 36% Silk)
Finished dimensions: 76,3 inches (194 cm) long, 6,7 inches (17 centimeters) wide
Without mohair approx.: 72,4 inches (184 cm) long, 6,7 inches (17 centimeters) wide
Additional materials: 4 Stitch markers, tapestry needle, yarn tension ring. Extra +2 spare 2mm needles (for binding of).
