Hello, my name is Katharina and I'm a trained tailor and fashion designer. I also worked as a technical draftswoman for a sewing magazine.

Sewing was my big love for a long time until I discovered knitting. As a child and teenager I tried knitting, but it only really stuck with me in adulthood.

I never planned to make designing knitting patterns a part-time job, but here we are. After knitting my first scarf, I immediately had to design my own inspired by one of my favorite console games. Once finished, I wrote a pattern for fun so I could share it with others.

For the first time in my life, I was so proud of something I had created that I wasn't too embarrassed to share it. Once I realized this, I wanted to hold onto the joy and immediately designed the next one and never stopped.

Thanks to the many wonderful people who enjoy my designs, I now do this part-time as my job and I have never been happier.
